$2.3 million Settlement in trucking accident claim for policy limits. Our client, a trucker, was traveling through Eastern Oregon in an 18-wheeler when another 18-wheeler jackknifed on the highway. Multiple trucks came to a stop to check on the disabled vehicle when a third semi-truck lost control and crashed into the disabled truck, causing serious injuries to our client.

$650,250 Settlement one day prior to arbitration, for a claim that had a $9,500 top offer prior to our being retained. Our client was in a vehicle that was struck by an uninsured driver who was speed racing at the time of the crash. Our client suffered from a TBI, tinnitus, and hyperacusis.

$1 million Recovery on a semi-truck case. Our client was traveling in Eastern Oregon during a winter storm when an 18-wheeler slipped on ice and became jackknifed across I-84. Our client struck the rear of the truck and suffered serious injuries, including multiple broken bones.

$200,000 Policy limit settlement in a rear-end car crash in Milwaukie, Oregon. The at-fault driver had a $100,000 liability policy, and our client had a $100,000 UIM policy. The UIM carrier pushed to litigate the case but ended up paying the policy limits just before arbitration.

Our client was driving to work on Highway 30, near Scappoose, Oregon, when a drunk driver struck her at a high rate of speed. Like most dram shop claims, we had to litigate this claim to uncover evidence that the bars had served the drunk driver while he was visibly intoxicated.
