All clients are concerned about costs. We represent most personal injury clients on a contingency fee basis – which means we get a fee only if you get paid. Our fee is one-third of any recovery unless the case is appealed, in which event our fee increases to forty percent. Your fee agreement will be in writing.
Our fees are at or below other leading Oregon law firms. For business disputes, we charge an hourly fee.
